I played this course in the middle of February and in July as well. Both times the course was in excellent condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the course was firm and fast in February. In July the greens were again fast and firm and the fairways were nice and green. I have found it to be one of the best values in Washington for a round of golf. I would rate this a five star course and would recommend it to women and men from high to low handicaps. Enjoy.
