This is a private course and I played with a friend who is a member. This course is probably the best maintained course I've played in my limited experience. However, keep in mind that as of May 2011 they were changing several holes by relocating the tee boxes on the Par 3s and removing some "extra" bunkers on the Par 4s. The 2011 Texas Drought has impacted this course much less than other area courses and I tip my hat to the maintenance crew. Greens and fairways were excellent and the course is very challenging. Several blind flags on the Par 5s and plenty of surprise water. Only real downsides were the aforementioned bunker removal projects and the low water on the holes that line the lake inlets. Very nice private course!
