I worked for this country club and the co-owner Jon he took taxes out of my paycheck every week and when I asked for my W-2 form he said he forgot about me and tried bribing me. I am reporting him and this country club to the IRS for illegally taking taxes and not ever giving me my W-2 form. This is against the law. Andrew Mituzas
