Golf Course Reviews

This was the highlight of my trip to Scottsdale! Well worth the drive. The staff is proud of this facility and it shows in the maintainance of the course and friendly staff. The course was recently out of overseeding but you wouldn't know it by the appearance and playability of the course. Fairways and rough were lush, bunkers firm in fairways, fluffy around greens. Greens in top condition. A joy to play, difficult but not overly so. Not a house in sight and quiet. I gave amenities a 3 only because they are currently doing work to upgrade the clubhouse. I am sure this will be top qulaity once finished. Definitely take the drive to play, you will not be disappointed.

With the current summer specials, this course is an amazing deal. The fairways are fast, the greens are well maintained, and the sand is plentiful. This is a very challenging course that rewards course management and punishes mishits. No two holes are alike; you'll likely need to use most of your clubs. The practice facilities are very nice (they update the flag yardages daily based on the placement of the practice tees), and the balls are stacked in neat pyramids. The staff is very helpful but not obsequious. If you live in Phoenix, or if you're visiting from out of town, this course is definitely worth the drive.

This is an excellent course that is very difficult. They layout and scenery are spectacular with no homes to clutter the view. At times the course has been in a bit of rough shape but with the economy where it is these days. . many courses have to skimp on maintenance. When it is in good shape this course is 5 stars all the way. The staff is top notch as well. Well worth the drive to Maricopa!!!!

was a very nice golf course for the value. course was in great shape all around. can compete with the most popular courses in AZ. was very happy with the staff. would of paid a lot more to play here. definitely recommend this course to anyone. prepare to use all clubs in your bag, and spending time in the sand.

This golf course has possibilities, but unfortunately it was not in good shape when we played. The grass was yellow and brown and dry. This caused the greens to be too inconsistent. I wouldn't mind playing the course if it's in good shape, but it wasn't. On a good note, the staff was great.

A beautifully maintained oasis in the desert. NO HOUSES to distract from the area's natural beauty. Bring your "A" game to this one, or it will humble you.

Besides the spectacular golf, the service is exceptional.
