The 18-hole "Northstar-At-Tahoe" course at the Northstar Golf Course facility in Truckee, California features 6,897 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 69.5 and it has a slope rating of 129 on Blue grass. Designed by Robert Muir Graves, ASGCA, the Northstar-At-Tahoe golf course opened in 1975. Vail Resorts manages this facility, with John Jennings as the General Manager.

The course is not ready to be open. The greens are unplayable. To not disclose that the back nine was not available on their website is inexcusable. I have played Northstar on many occasions in the past. This was a very disappointing experience.

The course is in very poor condition, and the greens are slow and bumpy. The lay out is funky, but the weather was nice:)
