The 9-hole "Ranch Nine" course at the Steele Canyon Golf Club facility in Jamul, California features 3,535 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Gary Player, the Ranch Nine golf course opened in 1991. Alan Scheer, PGA manages the course as the Director of Golf.

We played Ranch and Canyon and really enjoyed the two nines, apart from the par 3 7th on canyon, which is impossible!! The greens were well kept and the fairways fairly friendly.
The staff were excellent and the food at lunch good value. I was told the Meadow nine is the easiest nine, will play that next time maybe.
