This is about the best muni course in Fresno. Grade changes aren't common to the flat Fresno area so the fact that this one is built up and down along the river bluffs adds scenery and some challenges. Maintenance has improved significantly in the past few years and the greens and fairways are usually in good shape. It has a good driving range with sand traps and chipping area - the food in the snack bar is decent. And it is away from town so it is quiet. Good to walk if you are in shape for it. Watch out for busy weekends and holidays unless you have 5-6 hrs for a round. Otherwise a pretty decent game for the buck.
