Played this course on 1/7/2012, and the course is in terrible condition. The greens are a mess...the clientel here does not seem to repair ball marks, nor rake the traps. There was no marshalling...I mean, seriously...3 1/2 hours to play the front nine!! We were not able to complete 18 holes! There are so many incredible golf courses to choose from in the IE, that it will be a very long time before we return, if at all!

Used to play this course a lot until the manager turned into the rudest person ever. Greens have gone downhill and there is no marshall to enforce "ready golf". Today I got stuck behind 3 of the workers and they would hit 4 approach shots without letting us play through. I had to call the clubhouse to get some help.

We were practicing chipping on 18 because we were the last ones on course, manager told us to leave so we started heading to our cart and he just keeps yelling at us that we're stealing.

Play eagle glen around the corner. The course is better, more scenery, better maintenance, faster greens, friendly staff and more amenities. Oh ya, and it's cheaper.

I walked on 8-17-09.
Friendly staff. nice views.
Hard to navigate due to the lack of signage.
The crappy quarry workers ruined it when they started to yell stuff.
nobody on the course.just me and my brother.
took 4 hours to walk 1- 17 then it got dark FAST.
nice views too.
NO MARSHAL or beverage carts or anything.
But , Nice staff.

Played this course three times in three days. The first day (Sunday) I got their at 3pm and got stuck behind 2 foursomes. Played slow with no marshall in sight, I ended up only finishing 13 holes in 3 and a half to 4 hours. The second day was a Monday, I got their again at 3pm. This time I started the back nine first and actually finished the course in 3 and a half hours. The third day (Tuesday I went went with my brother, we got stuck behind a foursome that took 30 minutes (I kid you not) to finish a par 3, it took 1 and a half hours just to finish 4 holes. We called the clubhouse to complain and they said the Marshall was on the way, we never saw a Marshall and then later after we finally jumped the group ahead of us we finished after 5 and half hours. Completely outrages, I might never play their again or if I do it will be on a late Monday afternoon.

Nice views and well kept, but what's up with the markers? The yardages on the card were way off from the markers on the ground. Also, there is not rating or slope for this course? I enjoyed it and will go back though.

well maintained fun wide course. There's no markers to tell you which tee is which # hole, but overall a good value and clean place to play. There's no clubhouse, just a big trailer but still had food, etc. that you might need. Friendly easy going staff. There was almost no one there on Sat, July 4th! but slow groups ahead of us slowed everyone down and no marshall in sight to do anything about it.

Well maintained course. Fun to play. The only complaint I have is that it gets crowded and pace is really slow. Took over 5 hours to finish the course.

i love how this course winds in to the hills on the back nine, it makes for a tough strech of holes, a 10 handicaper will probably shoot in the mid to high eighties there first time out.

I have played several times at the course ...I enjoy it ! I have never really waited at any hole for very long ..the staff at the trailer were great ...only issue is no driving range to warm up it would be nice to get the tempo started before the round...great value for the money

there is no driving range or practice area, no clubhouse, Starter got us off 40 min late. there was a one or two forsome backup at almost every hole. 5+ hours to play a very short poorly maintained course. six par 3"s , plays more like a low priced executive course. golf digest review got us to play the course, bad review, shame on Golf Digest.

Way too many par 3's , wind really pics up in late afternoon. Great greens!!

i've played here about 7 times and fortunately i haven't had the same slow paced negative experience that some of the guys who wrote the review here had. it's probably because i've been playing early in the morning. i must say the course is fairly challenging. i don't understand why they have 100 yard par3 number 8 in the course but i like other 17 holes.

Played during Presidents Day. Large group ahead of us made me dread how long it would take but was rather surprised that we finished under 4.5 hrs. Bad news, first golf course I know that had marshalls that didn't know the proper ettiquette of golf and slow play. The large group ahead of us started slow but picked up their pace later in the round. The marshall processed to remind our group to keep up with the group in front of us but the group behind us was at least a hole behind. That did not stop the marshall to watch us for 3 holes and each time we hit, asked us to go faster. I had to ask the marshall, "What is the rush?" No one is on our is way behind. If we were the reason why the course was behind, I would understand but we were not. The marshall should concentrate on the group that is the slowest. At this point, if there is a deal with Eagle Glenn or Trilogy, I would consider playing there before here again. Course is, at best, ok. No WOW, signature holes to dream about. Fairly open. Greens were nice. Eagle Glenn is a better course! Management gets a -1 star. Course gets a 3 star. Overall, the marshall ruined our day. I thought I was at a par 3 county course with that style of management. What a frustrating round of golf!!!

Started at 12:00PM and didn't finish the 1st nine holes until 3:45PM! Course employees claimed it was an early tournament that slowed things down but I've never been on a golf course with 3 and even 4 groups stacked up on each hole before - so something seemed horribly wrong with the way they were managing things there in terms of pace of play. Course itself is a somewhat interesting design - not particularly difficult but with very undulating and firm greens. Absolutely no facilities onsite - pro shop is a window in a trailer. If this course intends to compete with fine facilities within shouting distance at Eagle Glen or Trilogy at Glen Ivy they are going to need to get a clubhouse and figure out how to keep the pace of play moving - there are far too many upscale and well-run golf facilities near the intersection of the 15 and 91 freeways for this new one to survive unless they drasticallty reduce their prices or start upgrading their facilities and monitoring the pace of play better.

Opening day took 5 hours and 20 minutes to play! Will try this course one more time, it must pick up the pace.
