Played this course on 1/7/2012, and the course is in terrible condition. The greens are a mess...the clientel here does not seem to repair ball marks, nor rake the traps. There was no marshalling...I mean, seriously...3 1/2 hours to play the front nine!! We were not able to complete 18 holes! There are so many incredible golf courses to choose from in the IE, that it will be a very long time before we return, if at all!
Used to play this course a lot until the manager turned into the rudest person ever. Greens have gone downhill and there is no marshall to enforce "ready golf". Today I got stuck behind 3 of the workers and they would hit 4 approach shots without letting us play through. I had to call the clubhouse to get some help. We were practicing chipping on 18 because we were the last ones on course, manager told us to leave so we started heading to our cart and he just keeps yelling at us that we're stealing. Play eagle glen around the corner. The course is better, more scenery, better maintenance, faster greens, friendly staff and more amenities. Oh ya, and it's cheaper.
I walked on 8-17-09.Friendly staff. nice views.Hard to navigate due to the lack of signage. The crappy quarry workers ruined it when they started to yell stuff.nobody on the course.just me and my brother.took 4 hours to walk 1- 17 then it got dark FAST.nice views too.NO MARSHAL or beverage carts or anything. But , Nice staff.
