Great value for your money! Not much of a scenery as you look out onto the freeway, but a great place to work with your 9 iron, complete with a couple of bunker hazards. Greens leave something to be desired, but there's really no complaints when you pay so little to play 9 holes!
You can get a round in quick but the greens are not really greens. They look like greens but when I reached the green, it was the same grass just cut shorter. Not much shorter at that. It was like putting on grass about an inch tall and was very slow and bumpy. Almost all holes were around 150 yds which means pretty boring. Ok to work on your mid to upper irons.Update: I went here to practice my mid irons about a month and a half ago. There is much improvement to the greens. I was pleasantly surprised when I reached the first green. It actually started to look like a green. I guess they overseeded with some bent grass and are now rolling like greens. By no means is it perfect but it now actually like putting on a green rather than a shaved fairway. For $5 you cant really expect much more. They still have some crab grass on the greens but much of it is being phased out. They have put alot of work into it and commend the staff for a job well done. Keep up the good work!
I like this course for the quickness you can get a round in.
