Course Reviews

I play this course several times a year. Course is best played in spring and fall. Summer gets hot because of few shade trees, and grounds keepers are always putting water on the course. I've had to chase/run from the sprinklers several times and the ball will get plugged in the fairway sometimes. Hard to gauge the greens in summer. Some greens will be wet others will be dry. Bar serves food but gets busy and service is not great. A nice course otherwise. Not too hard. favors the straight hitter with some long drive oppertunities. Driving range and practice greens are really nice. Chipping area not so much.

Just played this course for the first time last weekend. I plan to come back. Very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of trouble with water so be careful with your driver! Good value for $35 midweek (senior rate) includes cart. Snack bar in clubhouse closed at 2:00 pm on a Saturday (??) Bar and grill next to clubhouse seemed a little too upscale for a place to walk into with spikes. Still, a good time at a good price.

This golf course is in great shape... its a beautiful course with lots of water. The course is maintaind well and has a nice clubhouse and bar. From the blue tees it is a pretty challenging course but alot of fun.

Course is in great shape. Wide open although somewhat difficult due to tons of water. Cant wait to play again.

This has Quickly become my home course and I live 45 minutes away from it. The staff is friendly, drinks are great and course is challenging for an intermediate person like myself. Get a cart girl out their and it could be confused with Heaven!

5 stars across the board for the price. This course is not top tier, but for the price you can't beat it. The deal they have been running is 27 dollars with cart. The price is great for a well manicured course, and nice clubhouse and bar. There are moments where you even forget your in Chowchilla, with a great view of the seirra nevadas during this time of year. Love the course, would recommend to the new or seasoned golfer.

a very nice course had a blast
