Played this place last year and it was terrible. Played this morning and didn't recognize the place! Well done whoever Synergy Golf Management is! Greens rolling 10 plus and perfect tees/fairways.

New owners and management have renamed this course Tres Rios. It is the best conditioned and best value in the West valley. All the bunkers have been re done and the the course is excellent. A must play!

Course was cheap to play, so not a lot to complain about. But with that being said, the greens were terrible, the fairways dry and void of grass, and the sand traps were dirt and hard as a rock. I found 1 water cooler on the course and no cart girl could be found anywhere. The clubhouse is pretty much empty, but I will say the staff was nice. All in all, $17 is still too much and I won't go back. There are just too many courses in the valley to settle for this.
