The 18-hole "North" course at the The Boulders Club facility in Carefree, Arizona features 6,291 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.1 and it has a slope rating of 142 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Jay Morrish, ASGCA, the North golf course opened in 1985. Troon Golf, LLC manages this facility, with Ryan McKay as the Director, Club Operations.

Played this course in and must say extremely nice course. This is a thinking man's course must place shots. Greens were fast and rolled true. Beautiful scenary. Highly recommend if you got the cash.

Played the Front South/Front North combo. Intense golf, beautiful views, excellent pro shop and service.

Absolutely spectacular course. Extremely difficult, especially the front 9 on the South Course. The club has excellent food, try the Boulder Pile for lunch. The service was excellent. The club also has on-course service, including restrooms, water service, and a snack cart that comes around every 30 minutes or so. Highly recommend The Boulders.
