Previous comment person was Tresspassing on Private Property. I've played this course hundreds of times. It is tight, 80' Ponderosa's line most fairways. The greens are small and difficult to hit. The scenery is fantastic. This is a great course for beginners to learn the game, mid-handicappers to work on their game and scratch golfers can go low. The course is best played July into mid-October during and after the monsoon rains. Clubhouse has a bar, owner will likely sit and drink a beer with you.

Come to this course if you want to be berated. The owner, Dennis Moyers, maintains mediocre grounds and offers the worst in terms of customer service and common courtesy. When strolling down the golf cart trail one evening, he came out belligerent, verbally assaulting my mother and physically threatening my boyfriend after we apologized profusely. Don't bother supporting this unexceptional business or its violently tempered owner.
