Being a member at chenal is much too expensive, however if you come across the chance to play it, or find a way to weasel your way into a membership, do it. I personally like Founders more. Bear den is challenging but playable. The absolute best fairways at an achievable course. Courses like Alotioan and the Blessings where you either can't play them or if you do play them, you have no chance succeed. Bear den's greens are amazing. Even from the "old man tees" still a little long, but definitely a good course. Actually great.
