Superb condition in late May 2012. A fun layout with beauty in every direction that you look. Definitely worth a trip.

Clubhouse & snack bar R a little lacking, but the excellant course conditions, layout and scenary more than make up for it IMHO. Course is rarely over-crowded and the cost is very reasonable for such a quality course(under $40 for 18 & cart). Site hosts JUCCO college golf finals/qualifier each Apr/May. There are several Lakeside holes were water actually comes into play and a few forced carries. 17th hole has elevated tee looking down slight dog leg to a challenging island green finish. Just a real nice mix of holes: left & right, up & down, inward and along picturesque Lake Guntersville. George Cobb designed course.

Fairways and rough very well taken care of, but greens very rough and sparce. To me not really worth the money.
