Ravine Golf Course, Demopolis, AL

Our group just played this course last week. We have been making the hour plus drive to The Ravine for many years now because it is unique and the staff is very accomodating. Typically the greens are in great shape. This time however, most of them were in pretty bad shape. After asking around, we discovered a lot of the golf courses in this region are struggling with their greens right now. Its not just this course. Perhaps all the flooding rain is responsible. In any event, we will give them some time to recover and then continue to play here from time to time.
