Schoolmaster was my favorite of the four RTJones trail courses we played this week (others were the Hampton Cove courses and Fighting Joe). The scenery was excellent and the holes provided challenges other than extreme length. Course cuts through trees and has some nice elevation changes throughout.

Played the course in mid-July and it was in absolutely perfect condition. Numerous sets of tees make the course playable for golfers of any level. RTJ Trail is the best golf value out there and The Shoals facility is the best of all. Prices are best during the hot summer months.
