The condition of this course varies depending on whether the Army base commander is a golfer. As of late it appears as though he's not. Most of Moose Run's maintenance goes to the higher-brow Creek Couse across the road. The Hill Course is easier and a tad less expensive, but still too pricey when the greens over the past few years have been about half brown for lack of watering and general care.
