Pricey -- about $50 in '09 -- but worth it after July when the greens finally came in. I played it mostly in Septemeber when it was in the best shape and there were not as many slow foursomes. Smart layout makes this course perhaps Alaska's best.

Tip: Don't let your guard down after hitting the fairway on the par-5 18. Stay WAY LEFT of huge tree on your second shot, and chip or pitch FIRMLY (for it's farther than you think) over the creek to the green. Be grateful for par or even bogie here, as many good golfers get their first 8 on this last hole and go home a bit dejected.
