Many golfers are under the impression that although there are grip variations among the pros, there's only one "ideal" grip that you should learn if you want to have a "correct" swing. All you have to do is watch a Tour event on television to realize that there are many "correct" swings and that each swing has a "correct" grip that suits it. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the grips and swing types of some of the greatest golfers in the history of the game and discover which grip matches what type of swing and why.
