Playing golf is a multi-sensorial experience; you're continually assaulted by a myriad of sights, sounds and feelings. And while this barrage of sensory stimulation makes the game exciting, it also makes it hard to focus on the target. While you won't often have to deal with the not-so-gentle hum of a passenger jet barely 1000 feet above your head, you do have to be ready for almost everything.

Set Up Routine for Juniors Have kids follow a simple routine when they hit balls so they incorporate the correct setup routine into their game
Baseball for One-Plane Golfers The one plane golf swing is identical to a baseball swing but instead of hitting the ball at waist level you are hitting the ball on the ground so just bend over a little more.
Self-Assessment Before High Pitch Shots Make a long, lazy, slow-paced swing to create a high trajectory. This gets the ball up high so that it lands softly and does not roll. It is a risky shot, so only play it once you have practiced it sufficiently.
