Cool River Cafe Steakhouse and Southwestern Grille
The petite filet mignon and the larger Baseball Filet to the restaurant's prime rib, New York strips and Jim Beam rib eye are all cut-it-with-a-fork tender because Cool River sells only Certified Angus Beef. If steak is not for you, the menu also features barbecued ribs with sweet potato fries, peach chicken with wild rice, Denver venison with lingonberry sauce and numerous seafood entrees. Cool River also has an extensive wine list.
