Located on the Nevada/Utah border, Wendover, Utah is known for the Bonneville Salt Flats, the Wendover Airforce Base and its more prominent neighbor, West Wendover, Nevada. There's only one golf course in the area, the Tonana Vista located in West Wendover, but there are several places to stay that can have you out the door and on the course in five minutes.

Days Inn of Wendover
The Days Inn of Wendover is also located right on Interstate 80 and offers guests large rooms with fold-out couches and some with Jacuzzi tubs right next to the bed. The lobby area is clean and efficient and guests are offered a free continental breakfast in the morning with a twist of hot waffles. There's a small indoor pool for splashing around, premium cable with free HBO, a guest laundry and free local phone calls. The Days Inn also takes pets for a minimal fee.

Knight Inn
When you stay at the Knight Inn, a couple of steps to the west and you're in Nevada. The rooms are equipped with premium cable, a microwave and small refrigerator and free high-speed Internet. You can get to the Nevada casinos in West Wendover with a short two block walk. The rooms are similar to the Days Inn and the Best Western: clean and comfortable without lavish amenities.
