Jerome, Arizona Hotels
Jerome, Arizona was mining town in its hay-day from the 1880s through the early 20th century, but became a ghost town from 1950 to 1970. People began returning to Jerome in early 1972, moving into the empty houses. Many of those people still live in this little town. After people began returning to Jerome the town became an arts and crafts village of about 350 residence, according to the city data website. Jerome has become a tourist town and does not have any golf courses, but within 5 miles of the town you can find Pine Shadows Golf Course in Cottonwood.

Ghost City Inn

The Ghost Inn was built in 1890 for the management of the local copper mine and was a boarding house after the mine closed. This inn, which received awards from the Arrington Journal and Inn Traveler magazine, underwent major renovations in 1994 and 2001. It also has also been featured on many television shows including Fox 10 Morning Show and Arizona TV 3. The inn does have many discount packages, but nothing for the golfer. The inn will set up golf packages upon request and help get discounts at the course in Cottonwood. Each room has its own private bath, cable television and private entries onto the first or second floor veranda overlooking the valley.
