Seafood Restaurants in Denver
If you're making plans to be in Denver, Colorado, either on vacation or for business, there are a number of golf courses in the area that are well worth playing. For instance, Foothills 1 is less than 20 minutes away, and it's in superb condition. By the time you reach the 18th green, most likely you will have hit every club in your bag. You're likely to be ravenous after playing 18 holes. If you are in the mood for seafood, there are many fine restaurants in Denver that will more than satisfy your craving.

Bayou Bob's

This is one of the most popular seafood restaurants in Denver, with lines of people often extending out the door. But if you have time to enjoy Bayou Bob's Cajun and Southern dishes, it's well worth the wait. You'll swear you're in Louisiana when you taste the catfish, crawfish, gumbo and the etouffee that are specialties there. You can also get jambalaya, chicken-fried steak and Cajun meatloaf if you're not in a seafood frame of mind.

McCormick's Fish House and Bar

10Best.com, a reliable guide for travelers, says that McCormick's Fish House and Bar maybe the best seafood restaurant in Denver. A reservation for dinner is mandatory because it's always busy that time of day. The menu changes nightly to reflect what is available in fresh seafood. Often, it features Atlantic salmon that's been pan-roasted in Chardonnay then stuffed with crab, shrimp and brie. Or you can order gulf shrimp and bay scallops over fettuccine with a Grana Padano cream sauce. For those people who'd rather not have seafood, the menu is chock full of other equally tasty items, such as chicken, duck, lamb and steaks.

The menu has a number of offerings, including Yakizakana--a broiled mackerel--or Kaki Fry or Ebi Fry, which is breaded shrimp or oysters that are deep fried. Can't decide what to order?
