Creekside Golf Course
Located in America's first European settlement, Pensacola, Creekside Golf Course looks deceptively easy because of the paucity of tree hazards and the flat terrain. Then you start to play and realize that a meandering creek is going to affect nearly every hole. Even with only 20 sand bunkers, this course can be a surprising challenge. Dress code forbids tank tops and cut-offs. Reduced rates are in place on weekdays and for seniors and juniors.

Bay Dunes Golf Course
The Panhandle beach town of Panama City features this Scottish links-style championship course. Most of the course is fairly flat, but the links come into play with some rolling mounds that can affect even the most experienced golfer. The warm breezes coming in off the Gulf the Mexico can also affect your drive. Water hazards come into play on 10 of the 18 holes, making this a very tough course to tame, especially when you toss in the high heat and humidity of a summer day. Dress code forbids tank tops and cut-offs.
