Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel
Although it's common to find Best Westerns across the United States, it is less common to find a Best Western Resort. The Best Western Resort in Downtown Disney is an attractive destination that is both fun and accommodating. All rooms have at least two queens or one king bed. Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in the guest rooms.
Each room also has pay-per-view movies, video games, safes and furnished balconies. The hotel features a large Y-shaped pool as well as a game room that includes coin-operated video games. Guests can golf at Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, an 18-hole site that has hosted events for the USGA, LPGA and PGA.

Holiday Inn
The Holiday Inn in Downtown Disney received a $25 million makeover in 2009. The hotel features 323 rooms, including some with private balconies. Each room has a 32-inch HD television with a cable connection. Although guests here may spend a good deal of time in Downtown Disney or in one of the Disney parks, there are several things to do inside the hotel as well.
The hotel features a Disney retail store, a business center, dry cleaning service and a heated swimming pool along with a tropical whirlpool. The hotel's fitness center was updated as part of a renovation and includes state-of-the-art equipment. If you would rather get your exercise the old-fashioned way, you may want to golf a round at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course. With only nine holes, this is Disney's smallest golf course, but is still big enough to give a workout.
