Chicago is a landmark American city when it comes to Victorian-style architecture. Many of the period's commercial buildings and homes in the greater-Chicago area still stand and have been rebuilt and restored. Aside from their uses as personal homes and businesses, several have been converted into hotels. There are several Victorian hotels to choose from in the greater Chicago area whether your plan is to play a top-notch golf course or enjoy the famed atmosphere greater Chicago has to offer.

Victorian Rose Garden Bed & Breakfast

Located in the northwest suburb of Algonquin, the Victorian Rose Garden Bed & Breakfast is a true, authentic Victorian home built in the 1800s. Hotel Burnham

The nothing short of grand Victorian architecture of Hotel Burnham is difficult to miss when traveling through downtown Chicago. One of the most visible hotels in the city, Hotel Burnham was built in 1895. In 1999, Krimpton Hotels, together with the City of Chicago, restored the building to its original landmark state.
