5 Star Hotels in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is known worldwide for its massive hotels and casinos, and visitors will find no shortage of Five-Star hotel choices. Whether your main reason for visiting Sin City is golfing, gambling, relaxation or nightlife, there is a luxurious hotel to suit your needs. Golfers should look for "stay-and-play packages" that include rounds at some of the most prestigious courses in the region, like Wynn Golf Club and Bali Hai Golf Club. Five-Star hotel concierge services are also invaluable when it comes to choosing golf courses, making tee times and arranging transportation.

Wynn Las Vegas

The Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole championship Wynn Golf Club is the biggest draw bringing golfers to the Wynn Las Vegas resort. It is one of two 18-hole courses on the Strip. The course was constructed on the former grounds of the Desert Inn Golf Club, previous host of many PGA, Senior PGA and LPGA Tour events.

Golf Getaway packages are offered by the resort seasonally and may include lunch or dinner at The Country Club, A New American Steakhouse, in addition to rounds of golf, cart rental and luxury accommodations. Resort rooms average 640 square feet and offer expansive views of the neon Las Vegas skyline or the golf course through wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows. LCD TVs in both the bedroom and bathroom are standard. Guests enjoy access to two heated pools, a Jacuzzi spa, cabana bar, and personal cabanas with a misting system and private changing area.

Bellagio

Bellagio is one of the most elite hotels on the Strip and is the recipient of the prestigious AAA Five Diamond award. Its 3,933 guest rooms, suites and villas include king or queen beds, marble floors, premium bedding, marble and glass showers and marble soaking tubs. High-speed Internet access and flat-screen TVs are standard.

Bellagio offers nine suites ranging from 853 square feet to 4,075 square feet. Guests staying in an Executive Suite Lounge enjoy a private solarium, indoor garden and fountain, whirlpool tub and rainforest steam shower. For those wondering "but where will my personal staff sleep?" there are Entourage Suites on the same floor. A 24-hour butler service and limousine service are also available.

A major draw for golfers is exclusive access to Shadow Creek Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio and complete with limousine transportation and a personal caddie. Bellagio is also partnered with Royal Links, Bali Hai and Desert Pines Golf Clubs. The world-famous dancing fountains show, the Bellagio botanical gardens and the show "O" by Cirque de Soleil are additional onsite attractions.

The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino

The Venetian is one of the best examples of Las Vegas theme hotels. The entire resort is an exquisite artistic interpretation of Venice, Italy, complete with Renaissance-style architecture, detailed frescoes, a Grand Canal and gondola rides. The AAA Five Diamond award-winner is a suite-only hotel. Suites range in size from 650 to 2,900 square feet and include one king or two queen beds, LCD TVs and spacious bathrooms. Some suites include a jetted tub, dining area, wet bar or terrace.

The Venetian employs an Exclusive Golf Steward, available in the lobby to assist guests in choosing local courses and arranging tee times. After a round, relax on the rooftop garden in a poolside cabana or with a drink in the fashionable TAO nightclub. The Blue Man Group and comedian Wayne Brady perform at the hotel. Fine dining options include Bouchon by Thomas Keller, named America's Best Chef by Time Magazine, and Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse, among several other award-winning restaurants.
