A List of Florida Airports

Florida is the destination for thousands of tourists visiting the beautiful beaches, gawking at South Beach celebrities, taking the kids to Walt Disney World or heading south for golf when it's chilly up north. Maybe you want to play the TPC at Tampa or in Tiger's backyard in Orlando. Major national and international airlines fly to many cities in Florida, including Tampa, Orlando and Miami.

Tampa International Airport

Tampa International Airport is near downtown Tampa and is easily accessible to the city's main interstate, I-275. The concourses are easy to reach by tram, and security lines move along well. Long- and short-term parking are adjacent to the airport. Rocky Point Golf Course is just a few miles away from the airport.

Miami International Airport

Miami International Airport is nine miles northwest of Miami. Dozens of airlines fly into Miami. The airport offers shuttle service to areas in picturesque Key West. You may want to play the Key West Golf Course. MIA offers an airport hotel that includes a business center and restaurant.

Orlando International Airport

The Orlando International Airport is nine miles southeast of Orlando. The airport is decorated with tropical foliage and an art display throughout the terminal. It is the largest and busiest airport in Florida. For the golfer, Ventura Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive away, while Big Dog Driving Range is about the same distance.
