The Best Places to Visit in Washington, D.C.
Washington, D.C. is a wonderful place to visit for your vacation. With many of our nation's monuments and other sites concentrated in one location, there are many things to see while in the city. There are also a few golf courses in the area that will keep your game up-to-date while traveling, and some that might be a bit challenging.

Arlington National Cemetery

Arlington National Cemetery is a must-see when visiting Washington, D.C. With its perfect alignment of all tombstones, it seems as if the rows go on forever. This errie effect makes you realize the cost of life as well as the willingness that some gave their lives to keep our country safe. You can see the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the precision changing of the guard that takes place. Other things to see include John F. Kennedy's gravesite along with his son and wife's final resting place and Arlington House.
