Top Things to See in Vegas
Whether you're in Las Vegas for a golf vacation or business, there is plenty to see in Sin City. On the course, Las Vegas has a mix of traditional parkland layouts and target-golf challenges, as well as a slice of history at Las Vegas National. Off the links, the Strip offers plenty of free entertainment, from outdoor shows provided by many hotels to street performers. There's also an opportunity to see a Broadway-quality theater show.

The Strip

The section of Las Vegas Boulevard South between Sahara and Russell Road is the Las Vegas Strip, home to such well-known hotels as Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, the Mirage, Paris and the Wynn Las Vegas. You'll see a replica of the Eiffel Tower at Paris, an intricate fountain show set to classical music at the Bellagio and an erupting volcano at the Mirage. All of these events are free to the public. The Strip is full of eye candy, from the unique architecture to the diverse people, and is best navigated on foot.

Las Vegas National Golf Club

Even if you don't get in a round of golf at this traditional, parkland course, it's worth taking a side trip to visit the property, where iconic Hollywood stars Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra golfed and socialized in the lounge. There is a photo gallery in the clubhouse of famous visitors and golfers. The course is an open layout with water hazards and challenging greens. It is a former PGA and LPGA Tour stop. Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods are among past winners here.
