Balboa Park

Sunset Cliffs
Just south of Ocean Beach, and with a number of beaches below it, Sunset Cliffs provides breathtaking views of San Diego oceans, sunsets and sunrises. This beach area features 68 acres of bluffs and walking trails. It's a popular destination for surfers, ocean-viewers or those who want to take a romantic walk up Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. The beach is also ideal for bird watchers, or for an early-morning or late-night romantic stroll.
Bernardo Winery
Founded in 1889, this San Diego landmark features an extensive variety of wines for sale, tours and tastings as well as a number of special events (see calendar on website for more specific information). Plus, located around the winery are buildings that play host to a bevy of talented local artists. These shops provide access to some of the most unique artistic minds San Diego has to offer.
