High-Tech Haunted House
A high-tech Hollywood production in existence since 2000, the House at Haunted Hill was featured on HGTV in 2006. This event is fully-scripted with stunningly scary special effects and an original music score. Past themes have included a seance, cemetery and ghouls, but shows are a new surprise every year.

Hollywood Forever Cemetery Walking Tour
Consider a tour and creepy tales about some of Hollywood's well-known performers, including C.B. DeMille and Rudolph Valentino. Weave your way through the crypts, headstones and mausoleums as you listen to frightening tales of the cemetery and its inhabitants. This tour is particularly apt during the Halloween season. Film historian Karie Bible leads the tours in vintage gowns. Two-hour tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays, including Halloween day and begin at the flower shop near the main entrance

Harvest Festival/Fright Fair
Despite the name, this event is kid-friendly during the day. There is a harvest festival with a corn maze, farm animals, hay rides, a bounce house and a rock wall. At night, though, bring your flashlight to investigate the "Adventure in the Corn Maze," the haunted house or the "Haunted Corn Trail," all of which have plenty of scares along the way. There are various dates through the fall, including Halloween day. Open at 10 a.m. Thursday to Sunday.
