List of Hotels in Fiji
Born in Fiji, pro golfer Vijay Singh put his native country on the world map by winning three major championships and entering the sport's hall of fame. But many travelers know about Fiji for other reasons, including the premier golf resorts and courses that dot the landscape of this Pacific island nation.

Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa

The Westin Denarau Island Resort attracts golfers with its championship course located 100 yards away. That's just the start: The resort also features 30 acres of pristine seaside property with tennis courts, a driving range, a fitness center, an infinity pool and a relaxing spa.

That's not even mentioning the water sports. After golf, you can try fishing (bay or deep sea), kayaking, para-sailing, water skiing, snorkeling and scuba diving. In the evenings, stop and enjoy a ceremony featuring drums and fire dancing.

Drinking and dining choices include the Hamacho Japanese Restaurant, the casual Ocean Terrace and the Meke Lounge for cocktails.

Shangri-la's Fijian Resort & Spa

Shangri-La's Fijian Resort is located on Yanuca, a private 109-acre tropical island. One of the prime draws is the resort's premier nine-hole golf course designed by Peter Thompson, who won the British Open five times.

Other amenities include three pools, three tennis courts, a health club and a spa. Outdoor sports feature everything from canoeing and sailing to windsurfing and jet-skiing. If you have kids, they can enjoy the game room; children's swimming and play areas; and organized activities at the Little Chief's Club.

For dining, you can choose among a grill, a cafe, two terrace restaurants, a steak and seafood eatery and Kalevu Restaurant, which serves fare from the Pacific Rim.

Koro Sun Resort

The Koro Sun Resort features 150 lush acres surrounded by tropical forest. Golfers can play on the resort's nine-hole course, or brush up with a lesson from the resident pro. After golf, try your hand at water activities such as snorkeling, diving or sea kayaking.

The resort also features a fitness center and a spa, where you can enjoy a relaxing treatment accompanied by the sounds of a waterfall.

Restaurant choices include the Matakau in a traditional Fijian building, and the Seaside Restaurant decorated with sand floors and furniture crafted from rain-forest trees.
