Arizona Trip Plans & Vacation Ideas
You may be looking for a place where you can take your family for a vacation and a few rounds of golf. There are many places that feature golf but none like Arizona. Not only do the resorts offer a myriad of activities when you are off the golf course, they provide you with some of the best golf in the country. For that reason, Arizona has become one of the most sought-after destinations for golfers world-over

The Phoenician

This resort is among the country's best. Make your reservations as far in advance as possible. The Phoenician offers its guests an array of services that will satisfy the most challenging guest but it has managed to maintain the qualities you'd find in a boutique hotel. Among the most attractive facilities is the well-maintained 27 holes of golf which are more lush than almost any other course in Arizona. Then when the round is over, you can take a refreshing dip in one of the nine pools at The Phoenician, or restore your muscles by having a rubdown at the hotel's spa. At dinnertime, the luxury doesn't stop. You'll have the choice of 10 lounges and fine-dining restaurants, providing a style suited to your mood. Be prepared to spend a minimum for about $450 per night for a room during the winter based on 2009 rates.

There is almost nothing that this resort has overlooked, from the way you are treated when you partake of the services of the Golden Door Spa, to the food that you are served. In addition, the two immaculately maintained golf courses at the resort were designed by the world-renowned Jay Moorish whose imagination is well-known to golfers everywhere. In 2009, you would pay about $375 per night, including unlimited golf.
