Best of Las Vegas Guide

The Angel Park Golf Club, with a backdrop of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, offers golfers two 18-hole courses designed by Arnold Palmer. There is a shorter course for golfers who do not have a lot of time and a putting facility. The Summerlin Golf Academy is also available for players who need to work on their game.

The Wynn Las Vegas is the only hotel on the Strip that still has a full golf course. Designed by Steve Wynn and Tom Fazio, Wynn Golf and Country Club is a par 70 over 7,042 yards. Only hotel guests are allowed to play the course.

The Badlands Golf Club is located about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. This 27-hole course has the Red Rock canyons as a backdrop with views of the Las Vegas Valley. Designed by Johnny Miller, the course features three nines of different challenge levels.

The Bali Hai Golf Club is located very close to the main part of the Strip just past Mandalay Bay. The par-71 course covers 7,002 yards and was designed by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley. In 2009, the Bali Hai Golf Club was given the reader's choice award for Top 50 Public Courses by Golf World.

Bear's Best Las Vegas is a unique 18-hole course that features selected holes by Jack Nicklaus from his 200 course designs worldwide. Nicklaus courses the holes are taken from include Desert Mountain, PGA West, Old Works, Las Campanas, Cabo de Sol and Castle Pines Golf Club.
