The Eiffel Tower Restaurant
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant, located in the Paris Las Vegas, is one of the most extravagant restaurants in the city. However, just because it is luxurious doesn't mean it's not lively. Head Chef J. Joho mixes the elegance of French cuisine with the idea that a dinner shouldn't be heavy and leave you dragging. The result is a menu that features filet mignon, roasted rack of lamb and lobsters. There is an a la carte menu that includes pasta recipes from Paris, blue cheese soufflé crab pudding salad and Osetra caviar.
