One of the top golf destinations in the U.S., Las Vegas is also one of the top foodie destinations. Just as there is no shortage of golf courses in the area, there is also a seemingly endless list of excellent places to dine. But if you're looking for a big view and an extensive wine selection, Alize, Mix and Eiffel Tower Restaurant have managed to combine breathtaking views with enormous, well thought-out wine lists.
Alize
Alize features floor-to-ceiling windows with a spectacular view of The Strip and the Las Vegas valley. Because the hotel is off The Strip, it offers the unusual opportunity to look "up" or "down" the Strip, rather than across it. Located at the top of the Palms Casino Resort, the restaurant boasts one of the largest wine lists in town, with 1,800 bottles. A 2008 Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence winner, Alize's wine list is heavy on French and California selections.

Mix
Alain Ducasse's 64th-floor dining room at the Mandalay Bay hotel has overwhelming views--inside and out. You may be so distracted by the enormous (15,000 pieces) "champagne bubble" chandelier and wall of wine, that you forget to look out the window, where The Strip is laid out before you. Along the south side of the restaurant, the 1,200-bottle wine collection is housed in a glass-front refrigerated cabinet for all to see. The list is dominated by French and California wines, though you'll find others, including a few from New Zealand and Italy.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant
Although not quite as impressive as the view from the real Eiffel Tower in Paris, Las Vegas' Eiffel Tower Restaurant does offer a clear and spectacular view of Bellagio's water fountain show. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer an unobstructed and unusual spot from which to see the show. And, with it's central Strip location, you can take in the lights up-and-down Las Vegas Boulevard. The 900-bottle wine list is complete and heavily French, keeping in theme with the restaurant's contemporary French cuisine.
