Things to Do in Las Vegas in February

Things to Do in Las Vegas in February
February provides close to ideal conditions for golfing in the desert. Though among the wetter months in Las Vegas, the month averages less than a half inch of rain. Temperatures average in the mid-60s, making a tee time possible in the middle of the day. Besides offering a wide variety of courses in which to play, Las Vegas also provides plenty of options for the February traveler.

Celebrate Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is a perfect excuse for a getaway to Vegas. After sharing a round of golf together, you can relax at the spa or have a delightful dinner at one of the many world-class restaurants Vegas offers.
Mon Ami Gabi at Paris, Las Vegas offers French bistro cuisine as well as fabulous views of the Bellagio water show directly across the street.
For a more formal evening, plan ahead and book a window table at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris, Las Vegas. In addition to the food, you can see the entire Vegas Strip.
For a more modern vibe, head to Nobu at the Hard Rock. Its fusion cuisine is world-class and the environment is hip.

Observe Presidents' Day

Take a break from the links and take a day-long tour. Presidents' Day provides a long weekend that makes an ideal time to visit. Use this time to appreciate the lights and glamour of Vegas, as well as be inspired by what the government has been able to accomplish with engineering feats such as the Hoover Dam. Located just outside Las Vegas, it's an easy drive (or tour) to take. Named one of the top construction projects in the world, this enormous dam stands over 700 feet tall and offers daily tours.
