Harvard, Illinois, Area Chinese Restaurants

Harvard, Illinois is a small city on the Illinois-Wisconsin border. There are more than 30 nine- and 18-hole courses in the area, including Plum Tree National Golf Course, the course at Oak Grove Golf Club and the course at Bull Valley Golf Club. There are many restaurants in the area, as well, including several authentic Chinese restaurants.

China Buffet

China Buffet offers authentic Chinese fare in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere during lunch and dinner hours. Traditional pork, beef, chicken, beef, vegetarian, noodle and rice dishes are served. The buffet is available daily, with specialties including crab rangoon, chow mein and moo goo gai pan.

King Dragon

King Dragon is in nearby Walworth, Wisconsin--less than 10 minutes away from Harvard. Open for lunch and dinner, King Dragon offers a variety of authentic vegetarian, pork, beef, chicken, noodle and rice dishes in a casual atmosphere. House specialties include boneless chicken in garlic sauce, barbecue spare ribs, chicken chow mein, Chinese roast pork, cold noodles, curry beef and sauteed Chinese vegetables.

Su-Wing Chinese Restaurant

Su-Wing Chinese Restaurant, about 20 miles from Harvard, features Chinese cuisine with an American twist. Takeout and dine-in are both available for lunch and dinner. The menu features appetizers (crab rangoon, pot stickers), chow mein, egg foo young, fried rice, chop suey, chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian and seafood dishes, duck, steaks, hamburgers and hot dogs. Alcoholic beverages are also available.

Chop Suey Hut

Chop Suey Hut is in Woodstock, home to the Bull Valley Golf Club (approximately 12 miles from Harvard). House specialties include chicken liver, chop suey and Mongolian chicken. Chop Suey Hut also offers a menu covering traditional pork, chicken, seafood, vegetarian and beef favorites.
