The only five-star hotel in Kaiping, the twin towers of the Ever Joint Hotel, also known as the Pan Tower International, are an important feature of the Kaiping skyline. Opening in 2008, the Helen Bergh Hotel is relatively new on the scene. The look of the hotel with its white stucco facade and palm-lined entrance may, overall, be more Mediterranean than Chinese but, inside its walls, local tradition is honored as well. Rooms here feature private balconies. Ask for one with a view of the lake. Hotel amenities include a pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The hotel is within an hour's drive of the region's first world heritage site--towers and villages. There is ample conference space and free parking for hotel guests.
