Prices for Golf Courses Near Ocean City, Maryland

Located nearly 20 minutes West of Ocean City, in Berlin, is the Ocean City Golf Club. The club has two different 18-hole golf courses, the Newport Bay course and the Seaside course. Although the club does require a membership, non-members are permitted to golf with a pre-arranged tee time.
The Newport Bay course was recently redesigned and features wide fairways and marsh and bay vistas. The Newport Bay course plays 6,701 yards and a par of 72 from the rear tees. From January through March, 18 holes on Newport Bay costs $35. From April through October, 18 holes costs $85 during the week and $109 during peak weekends. In November the cost is $45 and in December it costs $40.

The Seaside course was established in 1959 and features a traditional design with wide open fairways and classic, tightly guarded greens. The Seaside course plays 6,484 yards and a par of 73 from the rear tees. From January through March, 18 holes on Newport Bay costs $35. From April through October, 18 holes costs $65 during the week and $85 during peak weekends. In November and December the cost is $40.

Less than a 20-minute drive west of Ocean city, in Berlin, is the Deer Run Golf Club. Open since May, 1998, the club is a 6,105-yard, par-70 championship golf course. Featuring four par-five holes, six multi-acre lakes and large greens, this course is suitable for golfers of any skill.

The weekday price for 18 holes is $55 or $65 with a cart. The weekday price for nine holes is $35. The weekend price for 18 holes is $65 or $75 with a cart. The weekend price for nine holes is $35. The twilight rate is $30 and is available from noon until sunset. The club also has a winter rate from November through February of $25 for nine or 18 holes, walking or with a cart.
