The small town in the Eastern part of the state is the site of York River State Park, which offers visitors plenty of biking, hiking and fishing for bluegill and largemouth bass. Croaker doesn't have any hotels, but nearby Williamsburg is as rich with accommodations as it is history. Historic Williamsburg offers visiting golfers lodging choices that also are close to several award-winning courses.
