Sevierville is the official seat of Sevier County, Tennessee, with a population of nearly 17,000 full time residents according to 2008 U.S. Census Bureau estimates. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike, fish and camp amidst the beautiful countryside where the foothills of the Great Smokies meet the Tennessee Valley, while golfers can enjoy 18 holes of action at Eagles Landing Golf Club or the Gatlinburg Golf Course. In addition, the area is home to the famous Cabins at the Crossing Resort, where discerning travelers can experience a combination of modern conveniences and country-style charm. Cabin Rentals

Cabins range from one bedroom and one bath to eight bedrooms with seven baths--comfortably sleeping anywhere from four people up to large groups of thirty-four. Most cabins feature queen- or king-sized beds complete with pillows and linens as well as fully equipped kitchens with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Amenities vary from cabin to cabin, but may include a deck, BBQ grill, cable television, DVD player, video games, gas fireplace, hot tub, washer/dryer, pool table and Wi-Fi access. Most cabins have strict no smoking policies, but some allow pets.

Communal Amenities

A central community area on the property has an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck with lounge chairs and a covered patio area with chairs and tables. A playground is available for children and there are wide, open grass areas for picnics. In addition, business travelers can take advantage of a comfortable meeting facility in the clubhouse.

Dining & Local Attractions

The Governor's Crossing shopping complex is located nearby, complete with numerous restaurants, boutiques and shops, as is Theater Row and the Tanger Five Oaks factory outlet malls. Racing lovers will also find the NASCAR Speedpark just up the street, while numerous opportunities abound for golfing, fishing, hiking, trail biking and whitewater rafting.

Special Rates and Packages

Cabin Fever Vacations offers wedding, honeymoon and day spa packages, and packages with local attractions such as Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium and The Dixie Stampede. Guests can also create their own packages. Promotional discounts such as "February Sweetheart Specials" or "March Madness" are offered every month as well, while ten-percent year-round discounts are given to military personnel, AAA cardholders and AARP members.

Policies

The first night's rental plus a small administrative fee is charged at the time the reservation is made, and full payment is due no later than fourteen days prior to arrival. All payments are non-refundable, although guests can reschedule to other available dates without a penalty if the need arises. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and minimum night requirements are subject to availability.
