Churrascaria Plataforma
This Brazilian steakhouse advertises that its food is so good, even vegetarians will enjoy eating at Churrascaria. This is a rodizio-style restaurant--it offers a price-fixed menu. The all-you-can-eat menu includes a gourmet salad bar--which contains much more than salad--and a variety of grilled meat cuts. The salad bar includes nearly every type of fresh veggie you can imagine, along with such appetizers as shrimp cocktail and sushi rolls. Churrascaria also serves such side dishes as mashed potatoes, rice, beans, plantains and fried polenta. Your table will have a disk. When it is flipped green side up, it means you are ready for the meat cutter to serve your main course. Meats will be brought to your table--this includes beef, chicken, pork, sausage, ribs and seafood. When you have eaten your fill, simply turn the green disk over--the red side of the disk lets the waiters know you are finished with your meal. Save room--a waiter will be by with a dessert cart after you finish your meal.
