Fork is a New American bistro that focuses on preparing food with fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farms. This Old City restaurant changes its menu weekly to coincide with ingredient availability. The eatery offers light fare, such as beet salad with goat cheese, walnuts and horseradish vinaigrette, as well as heavier entrees like the house-smoked pork chops with whole-grain mustard, Brussels sprouts and bacon. Besides a lunch and dinner service, Fork also serves Sunday brunch. The brunch menu features classic dishes such as homemade scones, chilled gazpacho, chive biscuits and gravy, quiche, and house-smoked salmon with bagels, cream cheese, tomatoes, red onions and capers.
