Seamus McCaffrey's Irish Pub and Restaurant
Seamus McCaffrey's strives to bring an authentic Irish feel to its downtown Phoenix pub, but Ireland's weather can't possibly compete with the sunshine you'll be able to enjoy 360 days a year on the outdoor patio at this pub. The menu features several classic Irish dishes such as corned beef and cabbage, Irish beef stew, shepherd's pie and fish and chips. If you've never had a boxty--a potato-based grilled pancake with various other ingredients like chicken or steak--be sure to try one here. If you're in the mood for classic American-style pub grub, you can also get that here; chili burgers, BLTs, Caesar salads and chicken parmesan sandwiches are all available at Seamus McCaffrey's.

Rosie McCaffrey's Irish Pub and Restaurant
If you tend to enjoy the Irish pub atmosphere and drinks just a little too much, come to Rosie McCaffrey's, where two drivers will take you home or to your hotel when you're done (one to drive your car and one to pick up the other driver). This service is free but requires a minimum $20 tip to each of the two drivers---a small price to pay for a worry-free night out. The food ranges from traditional Irish fare such as shepherd's pie and potato skins topped with corned beef and Irish cheese to other styles of food such as nachos, chicken wings, chili and a barbecue chicken salad topped with baked tortilla strips.
