New York City Skyline Restaurants
Golfers taking a trip to the Big Apple to play at courses like Dyker Beach or Silver Lake won't have trouble finding a place to grab a good meal. But dining with a view of the New York skyline is something that shouldn't be missed. Fortunately, various restaurants provide patrons with breathtaking views of New York.

Asiate

Located on the 35th floor in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Asiate gives diners spectacular views of Central Park and the Manhattan buildings that surround it. Entrees are made using fresh ingredients from the local area, and the changing seasons are reflected both in the view and the menu. Guests can expect to find French cuisine with Japanese cuisine infused on the upscale restaurant's dinner menu, ensuring patrons will have a one-of-a-kind meal. The decor was inspired by the view of Central Park, with the highlight of the decor being a tree-branch sculpture that hangs from the dining room's ceiling. The modern, upscale feel of the restaurant makes it an ideal place for a romantic dinner, and golfers will like that it is located less than a mile from All American Collegiate Golf driving ranges.

The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday for both lunch and dinner, but it is closed on Sunday. The restaurant serves a modern French cuisine with such entrees as butternut squash soup with black trumpet mushrooms and steamed red snapper. Guests with a sweet tooth can end their meal by choosing from a wide variety of strawberry-, cherry- and chocolate-flavored desserts.

The restaurant has a rooftop terrace that is heated in the winter and provides an open-air atmosphere during the summer. Guests on the rooftop terrace can look out over a panoramic view of the New York City skyline while dining on authentic Mexican dishes. The second floor is home to restaurant's main dining area, where guests will enjoy the warm, casual atmosphere along with their food. The lower level is dedicated to B61, a full-service bar where guests can enjoy a drink before or after their meal.
