Bay View Resort
The Bay View Resort is a Myrtle Beach complex that's right on the beach, near the area's bustling downtown tourist strip. The resort features a variety of condos, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The condos, most of which have an ocean view, have fully equipped kitchens and wireless Internet access. There is a Starbucks on the Bay View Resort's property, and there are also quite a few restaurants near the Myrtle Beach condos. Eateries that are less than a half mile away include Sugami Japanese Restaurant, Bummz Beach Cafe and Ciao Italian Restaurant and Deli. Pine Lakes Country Club is less than a mile to the north.

Kingston Plantation
Kingston Plantation is a huge complex that's home to four condo towers. These Myrtle Beach condos feature one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units with an ocean view from their private balconies. The units are individually owned; the interior amenities vary from unit to unit.
Kingston Plantation has quite a few on-site dining options, including Omaha Steakhouse, the Lowcountry-influenced Fisheye Grill and the casual outdoor Beach Combers. In addition to the numerous choices on the property, Kingston Plantation is located within a mile of Restaurant Row. This stretch of Kings Highway houses many of the area's most well-known eateries, such as Thoroughbreds and Cagney's Old Place. Arcadian Shores Golf Club is about a mile to the north.

The Horizon at 77th
The Horizon at 77th is located on the more low-key north end of the city. The one-, two- and three-bedroom Myrtle Beach condos offer guests a taste of luxury, with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and ceramic-tiled floors. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a large private balcony.
The Horizon at 77th is less than a half-mile from quite a few casual local restaurants, such as Ultimate California Pizza, River City Cafe and Liberty Tap Room. The complex is also near fine-dining establishment and art gallery Collector's Cafe and suave martini lounge City Bar. Grande Dunes Golf Club is about two miles to the north.
